Annika is a Scottish crime drama television series, based on the BBC Radio 4 drama Annika Stranded. The first episode aired on 17 August 2021 and stars Nicola Walker in the title role.

Now in its second series, the show centres around Annika Strandhed (played by Nicola Walker), the Detective Inspector heading-up the newly-formed, Glasgow-based, Marine Homicide Unit (MHU). The relationship between Annika and Morgan, her teenage daughter, is the basis for a sub-plot across all the episodes. 

Patricia Panther plays the role of Justine Dunn in season two.
